I wasn’t impressed that in the first chapter the main character’s interaction with her parents was sounding like the main character may have some stalker-like tendencies. Such as sending unanswered text after unanswered text to the ex-boyfriend hoping to solve whatever issue the ex was having against her. She seemed to sound surprised that his response was to block her and tell her parents to tell her to leave him alone. I must agree with the ex. She does sound a bit stalker-like. That’s not what I really want to read.
