Wow! I’m not sure exactly when I fell over that invisible line that lies between curiosity of this new author and getting sucked irretrievably into the story of this powerhouse.
This is such a well thought out story with just enough intrigue and suspense to keep my flying through the pages. Imagine a little girl dies mysteriously. A case that grows cold as the years pass by. 25, to be exact.
Present day is the anniversary, and another little girl is found dead. Are the two related? It takes an expert journalist to dig through the red herrings to find the heart of the truth.
I suggest adding this book to your to-do list. You will not be sorry you did.
